  • Include free 10 min. consultation session, personalised training program specifically designed for your training goals, fitness level & exercise experience.
  • Duration 6 weeks, including exercise videos, reps, sets, rest periods & more.
  • Follow up consultation session every week 15 min. to discuss any questions, concerns, program adjustments and technique coaching.
